What We Do
Sprawlternative is a custom
infill redeveloper.We
work in older, first-ring neighborhoods in the
Denver area building single family homes.We build spec homes, as well as custom homes for people who
want to be involved in the building process from the beginning.Our homes are respectful of existing architecture, with the
goal of fitting into the aesthetic of the neighborhood.They incorporate all of the benefits of new construction such
as large open floor plans, plenty of closets, central laundry space,
full basements, and energy efficient systems.These homes are designed to be easily upgradeable for solar
and other green energy sources.
Our goal is to provide quality housing with
modern features and systems, in established city neighborhoods,
which will enable people to continue living near the city, thereby
discouraging suburban sprawl.
